Liquid LLC
B2B Tower, Office 2207
Business Bay
Dubai
United Arab Emirates
Represented by: Maria Klotev
Email: kontakt@holster-vergleich.com
The controller is established outside the European Union.
2. Overview
This website is a purely informational service. There is no customer account, no contact form, no newsletter, no shop function and no comments. We use no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising or social media services and no cookies. Fonts and images are delivered from our own server; when the pages are accessed, no data is transmitted to third parties such as Google Fonts or content networks of other providers.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is provided via Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Cloudflare”). On our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR), Cloudflare processes the data that technically arises when any website is accessed:
- IP address of the requesting device,
- date and time of access,
- address accessed (URL) and amount of data transferred,
- referrer URL (the previously visited page), if transmitted by the browser,
- browser type, browser version and operating system (user agent).
Purpose: Delivery of the website, stability and security, in particular defence against attacks and misuse. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and functional provision of the website. Storage period: The log data is only stored for as long as is necessary for these purposes and is then deleted or anonymised. Transfer to third countries: Cloudflare operates a worldwide server network; processing in the USA is possible. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the EU Commission, Art. 45 GDPR). In addition, the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission apply (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
4. Age verification
On your first visit, we ask whether you are at least 18 years old. If you confirm this, we store this information with the date only locally in your browser (local storage, entry age_ok). The information is not transmitted to us or third parties and only serves to avoid repeating the question on every page view. After 30 days, the information is discarded on your next visit and the question is shown again. You can delete the entry at any time via your browser settings.
Legal basis: Section 25(2) No. 2 TDDDG (German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act; strictly necessary for the service you have requested) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in making content on nicotine- and tobacco-containing products accessible only to adults.
5. Contact by email
If you write to us by email, we process your email address, your name (if provided), the content of your message and the date and time to answer your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries) or Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your enquiry is aimed at a contract. Storage period: We delete your enquiry as soon as it has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations prevent this. Recipients and third country: Emails to this address are received via the email service of our domain provider and forwarded to a mailbox of the controller. The controller is located in the United Arab Emirates. There is no adequacy decision of the EU Commission for the United Arab Emirates. Your message is transferred there because you contact us with your enquiry and the transfer is necessary to answer it (Art. 49(1)(b) or (c) GDPR).
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights vis-à-vis the controller:
- access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR, see below).
An email to kontakt@holster-vergleich.com is sufficient to exercise your rights.
Right to object: Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Right to lodge a complaint: You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the member state of your habitual residence or place of work.
7. No automated decision-making, no obligation to provide data
Automated decision-making including profiling (Art. 22 GDPR) does not take place. You are not obliged to provide us with personal data; however, the website cannot be displayed without the connection data that technically arises.
8. Changes
We adapt this privacy policy if the website or the services used change. The version published here applies.
